Conversation with an inhouse-recruiter about the role. Standard interview questions and focus on interest vs fit for the role. Recruiter was not aligned with the needs of the hiring manager hence the process did not continue.
Eerste kennismakinggesprek via Teams. Zeer positief kennismakinggesprek, waarin beloofd werd verder contact op te nemen. Hierna echter geen algemene respons meer ontvangen. Een persoonlijke herinnering van het contact bleef ook onbeantwoord.
