It was difficult to understand exactly what they were looking for; candidate success likely based on rapport with the hiring manager and company cultural alignment vs. skills/experience fit or commercial understanding.
Speedy responses though, so that was good.

Pathetic process. It takes infinite time for them to reply or send a feedback. They say that they are a startup and they do things fast but their hiring process is not at all suitable for international students. Took me more than 2 months for the whole process. They mentioned 2 years of experience in JD as a requirement and later will expect to lead the team once onboarded which can be a criteria to select a candidate in the mid-way process. No particular fixed set of rounds. They will ask for your time until and unless you are exhausted.

Entrevista
Very pragmatic, a three step online tech review allowing any developer tooling including AI which is representative of the work to be done. Mostly character interviews to feel your culture fit with various people within the company. Positive.
