Entrevista
It was a full stack developers interview and I am a backend developer. The expectations were made clear to the HR prior to the interview and still a UI round was scheduled . It was a complete waste of my day as I got through the backend interview and was asked to leave post that . The HR never got back with feedback or anything.

Entrevista
I was interviewed on skype. HR recruiter took a long time in scheduling and confirming the interview which I felt really unprofessional. The interview focussed on DS-Algo + Fundamentals on Ruby on Rails and Javascript knowledge.

ROR - Questions
1. Procs vs Lambda vs Blocks
2. Class instance variables
- Write a program that gives count of number of objects instantiated for a class
3. Given a table of <ID, Student ID> create associations for following relations -
- A student can become a monitor
- A student can monitor many students
- For current student, find his monitor

two rounds where some questions were repeated. I had good exp on few framework so they asked more about the core of the framework.
I already had one offer in different city and wasn't willing to move so was looking for something in bangalore. I had meeting with CTO also and everyone tried to sell their company like anything.
