Interviewed 1 on 1 and was accepted and then had to memorize menu before orientation. Manager did not make that clear initially but they let me come back the next week for a later orientation

The interviewer was an extremely sweet manager that later got promoted and had to leave sadly. Questions were geared towards time management and customer service, as well as collaboration with team members and your ability to work under time constraints.
