It was fairly simple and easy. I applied and within a few weeks was contacted by the recruiter and scheduled a phone screening. After that I had in-person interview and within a week or so received a job offer.

Several performance tasks pertaining to the role. The tasks had a pretty quick turn around time but they were useful for seeing what the responsibilities for the role will be like, and a zoom interview that was great. They are also very quick with communication

Entrevista
A recruiter contacted me stating that given my background and experience that I'd make a good fit. I applied online and they got back to me within a week asking for a video interview. The video intervew, unfortunately, did not go well. I recommend others to take a phone interview, if possible.

Most interviews occur during 'Immersion Days'. Basically you go through the interview process with a group of people. For the operations role, you observe for a bit, are asked to comment, to do a series of tasks and then a 1-1 interview.
