It was a prescreening call, was asked some very odd questions in it. Nothing really about my HR experience, just mainly seemed like they were more focused on why I’d left certain roles and if they were permanent or not. I haven’t been fired from any jobs at all, I’ve left on my own accord from all of my jobs and I felt like they were trying to catch me out.

It was a pre-screening call. The interviewer asked simple, basic questions and verified key requirements for the role, such as having a driving license. They also gave a brief overview of the position and the current team structure. The conversation was quite short.
