Fairly straightforward interview that involved the same steps as every other intern interviewee previously described. My last interview was done via Hirevue in January, but I have yet to hear back on whether I made it to the next round or if I was rejected. I also attempted to reach out to UA for an update but they never responded. I was faced with two offer deadlines from a law firm and in-house corporation, and was hoping UA would have responded. Instead, I received silence. For all future applicants: please be prepared for the extremely slow process, and the likely possibility that your follow up emails will fall on deaf ears. I wish they were more transparent and speedy in their decision-making process. No interview process should take this long - its been 6+ months since I applied. No matter how advanced the technology used to interview candidates, the lack of transparency makes them look incompetent. I have since decided to finalize my summer plans and have accepted an offer elsewhere. Good luck to the remaining applicants!
