1) Interview with Recruiter 2) 2 hr Take Home Assessment 3) Final Interview The take home consisted of 2 required tasks and 4 optional/bonus tasks. I completed the 2 required tasks and 4 bonus tasks with ease. And I completed it very cleanly with MVVM architecture. I even called my brother after telling him I crushed it. Then, I got rejected a few days after submitting my take home, which is pretty hilarious. Who is reviewing these things? Sounds like the reviewers need to be audited. Or else these are probably just "ghost" jobs and the company is wasting people's time.
