It was a fairly straightforward and quick process, beginning with a phone interview before having an in-person interview, largely based on discussion around previous experience. There were some discussions around theoretical situations, but there weren't any specific engineering problems required. Most of the interview was focused on details of the company, my motivations for performing in the role, and what I had accomplished in my previous positions.
