The interview process was average for the first two interviews. They refuse to talk about salary until the 3rd or 4th interviews.
On the 3rd interview, they did not show up. After waiting on the call for 15 minutes, I emailed confirming the time. After another 15 minutes, they responded saying that they did not see the meeting invite that their own team member sent. Then offered to reschedule for the following week.
After asking about the salary range offered before continuing to another interview, I got the following reply:
“For the support role, this would be the first interview, the other interviews would have been for an Installer role.
The range all depends on your expertise, which I haven’t had a chance to gauge yet.”
Note that I was never interviewing for an installer role, nor was I told that I would be starting the interview process over for a support role.
I was interviewing for a Tech Evangelist position, then on interview 3 they changed it to a support position without discussing it with me.
In summary,
They refuse to talk about salary until late in the interview process and change roles without consulting you. Other companies will offer you a better experience.
