Entrevista
I would not apply for this company anymore.
Received a call for HR screening, told them about my experience and salary expectation. They were surprised by my expectation for above 80K for non junior position.
They arranged another interview via Teams. Meanwhile I read very disappointing reviews on Glassdoor.
I was also surprised that the HR was present during the interview (why? I talked with HR once already)
During the interview I asked why one of their managers quit recently to join a startup in a similar position. They had no answer (red flag!)
They also pretended it's a senior position but during the interview I found out it was a position with a lot of responsibilities and tedious tasks for a very little money.
They clearly don't have a good culture and want cheap labor for lower positions but give them a lot of work and responsibilities.
Gave them the feedback and finished the interview.

Tell us about your experience.
Tell us how's your expertise with GD&T (in the presence of a technical manager, the HR asked me that (another red flag. Sign of disorganization ) )

Met by a team of friendly people. I've been asked interview-related questions. I was shown the plant. There were three people sitting in the room asking me questions. The interview was mostly focused on getting to know the person better; it didn't have any weird questions.

The hiring manager and a few other engineers. No HR interview. Got me to describe past experience in Mechanical Design. One engineer was very disrespectful and so unprofessional. Even laughed at me when I said I don't have 5 years of direct experience in the industry.
