The vacancy was available and was informed to me by my friend who was already an employee there, his recommendation and my experience actually helped as they didn't bother with any technical details as my friend knew me for more than 5 years, so I was called up for a 1-1 with the Managing Director and the Regional Head, they asked a few general questions but nothing technical, and was quite happy with the discussion, I got the offer within a few days, I didn't have any conditions for joining, they offer was quite good for any negotiation.
