I had 3 interviews. The first one was with recruiter, the second one was with recruiter and Team Lead I was supposed to work with and the last one was with recruiter, Team Lead, CEO and two more people. During interview questions from recruiter and Team Lead were good, but did not like how unprofessional was the communication on behalf of the company, especially CEO and one of the recruiters who sent me the offer. As the company is very small, there is hardly any information online, therefore I had to do my own research. Most employees are residents of Ukraine, while three of them are Russian residents. The salary in the offer is good, but the overall offer is really poor.
