NOT EASY! Fast Paced, Cut and Dry - BE PREPARED TO RAPIDLY ANSWER 20-25 QUESTIONS in like 5 minutes
Recruiters are friendly, interviewed by 1 Hr Manager and 1 Onsite Manager.
Routine group session as describe in other reviews. Powerpoint presentation and brief personal introduction from recruiters. Followed by open Q/A. They emphasized their struggle with the hiring process, people drop out at various stages of interview and background process.
It's made clear that they investigate everything, so even a minor fabrication of dates worked at a previous employer would revoke your application and you would be ineligible to apply for 6 months. So be honest.
Out of 27 people, 1 walked out. Session started promptly at 8am and presentation ended at 10am, first 1v2 interview began at 1030am.
Should be easy if you prepare. Don't elaborate on responses. ( in retrospect they'd be satisfied with a simple yes/no) Interview lasted about 10 minutes.
All whilst the they're typing away at a mile a minute and asking/reading aloud what seemed to be computer randomized/generated questions (listed below).
I do not think you have to have an impressive work history or experience to land the job.
By the end they ask if you have any questions....Then dismiss you by telling you to check your email for updates.
Good Luck!

Recorded interview. 10-12 questions. All pretty comprehensive but over all prepared me for complicated questions in the future. I think they have employees that get furloughed so ultimately didn’t go through with the process.

It is a Unique process unlike any other I’ve experienced. Lots of background and tests. You’re answering prompts without a face to look at. I’ve never experienced anything like it. I hope this is now thirty words thirty words were minimum.

Interview process was very professional and comfortable with most of the process completed online. The interview was recorded with prefilled in questions. I was able to do the interview at my leisure which made me feel very comfortable completing.
