I was initially contacted by a recruiting company that focused on discussing my experience, in a casual yet direct manner, portfolio, salary expectations, and bonus structure.
Following this initial conversation, I received an email three days later confirming my advancement to the next stage with the management team. This interview primarily delved into my sales experience, cost structure experience, customer service background, and industry knowledge. I was also asked about past industry events and how I managed them.
After this round, I progressed to a second interview with the Company Director. This interview was a dynamic exchange of ideas about the industry, client relationships, challenges faced by similar companies, and current market trends. The Director elaborated on the specific qualities expected in the right candidate and outlined the compensation package and opportunities for professional growth that the company offered.
The day after this interview, a formal proposal was extended to me.
