Well briefed on first call about the products involved by HR. Also explained on roles and responsibilities and identifying right fit for the position during resume screening. Followed defined timeline for each level of discussion.

Talent Acquisition Team: Post sourcing, Talent Acquisition team shortlists profile. They have screening call to understand more about your work, recent accomplishments and tech stack. If you are already from a Call Center Application background you will be given the top priority as their services are all around transforming call center & related operations.
Post the same, a series of discussions was scheduled with Technology Team. In my case it was first Mr. Sunil (Sr. Director Product Engineering ), second was with Mr. Ramesh (VP, Engineering) & finally with Mr. Samith Ramachandran (Functional Head).
Each round, they try to know more about you by asking real-time experiences and challenges one had faced. Technology Stack related questions & your ability to solve problems, handle conflict and work with diversified teams.
In my case, the HR recruitment team did a great job and kept me posted with every stage detailing the role, responsibility & areas of evaluation. Mr. Mithun from TA team did a fabulous job in taking through the process. Reetika is another recruiter responsible for just coordinating the feedback.
Overall, it was a smooth and transparent process.
