Poor. Took three interviews to find out this was a .NET developer role and not a BA product consultant. This was in complete contrast to the job description I was provided. In the first two interviews there was no suggestion in any form this was predominantly a developer role, in fact I was told I sounded perfect for the role. Completely disorganised and a total waste of my time.
