Interview was conducted online, the interviewer consist of HR, manager and training department manager. They describe every single role for fresh engineer. But the problem is fresh graduate only offer to bind the contract for 12.5 month and u will be penalty if u quit.

Very well, the HR was quite nice and the hiring manager seems well as well. Although the waiting was very long but they were quite well when asking. The hiring manager questions were more related to the process and plant.
