They gave me the dashboard designing task. It took me almost 8 hours of time to complete designing with given functionalities and I submitted the file in given time. Even though my work is fine with given measures I did not hear back from them I feel I have wasted my time by taking their test.

Interviewer was very firndly and encouraging. I hour discussion.Finally interviewer said the role is same as im working in current company, It went well. But no email communication further. I had to contact recruiter again after 4 days . He said im selected waiting for next panel availability. Stil no further email about selection. I called after one week he said im on hold. And they r impressed with another candidate profile. Moving forward with that candidate. One suggestion is that why to give hope to a candidate instead they can send a mail explaining if selected or not.
