Not intensive, technical training provided. Customer facing role requiring technical aptitude and ability to deal with customers and internal systems. Interviewed with senior team leaders and answered questions. Discussed ability to deal with customers and complete hardware repairs.
The interview was fine. Good experience and interviewer was friendly and also questioned on technical expertise. Overall it was good. Can go fr the interview and try. All the best for the interview.
Short and nothing complicated. It was to the point informative about the role. Feedback from hr and hiring manager was helpful and respectful. One of the best interviews I have ever had. Very conversational
