An associate comes in and speak with the group briefly about what the job consists of, then you wait for your name to be called for your official interview if your chosen you go to the next room and start the hiring process which is your background test ect.

fun and easy ask a lot about customer service experience and i was able to have retakes just be yourself and you should be able to get an offer takes a week to hear a response back

The interview process was a bit lengthy, but enjoyable. It’s extremely easy to get pass the face to face interview. They use the “star method”. Be yourself and be welcoming!
