I applied online an got invited for an interview within 2 weeks. I arrived at the assigned location 15 min early. There were 15- 20 people already waiting. The whole group was called in around 9:05am. We were asked to sit at the large oval conference table. One of the HR employees started a video presentation about the company. Another presentation followed, which was an overview of the hiring process, being an employee and various benefits and perks. There were minor interruptions were current employees chimed in with their personal experiences. There were around 10 current employees sitting at the room. They've worked for United for a long time and loved what they did. After a q&a session we were told we would be called for individual interviews in the order of arrival. The whole process was very enticing and after the presentations I really wanted this job.
