Initially contacted by HR for phone screening. Gained face to face with VP. Very unfocused interviewer, distracted, and not organized. Interviewer actually took up most of the time bragging about their accomplishments in previous positions both internally and externally. I left with the impression that there wasn't actually a position to fill.
