Applied online. Received call within a week and did a short, 15 min phone interview. Was flown in for interview with local management and union reps. Passing that, was flown out for a physical. Began work within 6 or so weeks of initial application.

fun and easy ask a lot about customer service experience and i was able to have retakes just be yourself and you should be able to get an offer takes a week to hear a response back

The interview process was a bit lengthy, but enjoyable. It’s extremely easy to get pass the face to face interview. They use the “star method”. Be yourself and be welcoming!
