Received a call to set up a phone interview for next day, phone interview went well... was asked general questions, like name your strengths/weaknesses etc. Then received follow up e-mails to take personality/intelligence tests online. Then set up interview for one-on-one with recruiter 2 weeks later. One-on-one interview went very well and the recruiter was very friendly, asked how do you feel about needles, tell me about yourself, etc. Received e-mail from recruiting company one week later stating I was not chosen for the position, but then received a call from the recruiter two weeks later requesting my transcript to make a decision. It was very unclear whether I was/wasn't selected until I received an e-mail a couple months later to hire me.
