Contacted through indeed , interview was simple and basic. (Working hours , willing to place through ADR) Office was in poor condition with files and pc parts all over the place. I was asked what my most proud achievement was. (Explained that I'd cleared my mortgage due to some redundancy) - Interviewer told me "oh , that's bad with no bills why would you come to work? " - was a red flag Interviewer kept asking about my commute ( was 35-40 mins each way) this has obviously been a problem for them previously. I asked the MD (James) regards to recent Google reviews explaining about poor service / missed deliveries etc . He said, "sometimes we don't get it right" - Another red flag Overall they are a small company trying to make a difference in a competitive market (also worth checking companies house regard to the two very large charges on the business) this coupled with poor facilities suggests penny pinching. Wish them all the best .
