Great, simple, people were friendly. They can tell if you're truly passionate and interested in the cause, which is what they're looking for in new grads. Role was unpaid but interviews were still serious and intensive.

Skill based interview with 3 interviewers. Asking specfic skill based questions of how you responded to situations, to go deeper from your application answears, to share details of how you have gained skills and would contribute to a team, and why you wish to work in this department specifically
It's based on a competency-based interview, and it went well. It was friendly and informative as well. There are a few of general questions and a few of technical questions. Overall, a good experience.
