The interview was very casual. In fact i met the Chief of the section for coffee nearby UNHQ. It all depends on the department and supervisor. I've had friends that had a 30 minute Skype interview and others with were hired without an interview at all. I was offered the internship immediately after the interview then the HR process took about two weeks to be completed.
