I participated in a Zoom interview that focused on discussing my previous professional experiences and exploring my motivations for applying to the company. The conversation allowed me to elaborate on my background, key skills, and how my past roles have prepared me for this position. The interviewer, who would also serve as my direct manager in this role, asked thoughtful questions about my experience, work style, and interest in the organization, which helped me better understand the expectations of the position and the team.

It involved a 3 stage process. The initial phase included a P11 form, motivation letter and responses to specific questions relevant to the job. Once selected, you will be called for a competency based interview. Once u qualify the personal interview, there might also be a second interview with a specific theme that has to be presented to the panelists and Q&A based on it.
