Casual interview with the hiring manager, more of a sharing get-to-know-you session. Phone interview with District manager. They are willing to hire as long as you have the experience. Duration was about 40 min. It can take place in a cafe or in a meeting room.

Very personal, interviewed by district manager who was eventually my boss's boss. Very hands on management who is on board from the on start. Frank and candid interview that does not beautify the job role. Factual laying of expectations and required KPIs. Key is to be yourself and be frank about your own strengths and weakness to realise if you are a good job fit. Interview the employer as much as they interview you. A good click with the boss makes a big difference to the success of this career opportunity.
