I walked In and filed out an application, i took an assessment, received an interview, tomorrow I will do a drug test and paperwork that will take a few hours.

They make take a mouth swab drug test, and make you sign a bunch of papers and watch videos the whole process takes 8 hours. Its very easy and if you dont have experience they will still hire you. The hiring manager was laid back, but they were not clear about schedules and the dates you should work.
