It was really fun and comfortable. We discussed the position as well as spent some time getting to know each other. It's a small office so it's important that everyone meshes well and the interview sort of formed around that. We did the second interview at a coffee shop and that was also really great and kept things from getting awkward as they often do in interviews.

I wasn't eliabgle for the positon in the end, due to the hiring timeline, but the people were very kind and helpful. The CEO gave good advice, which is vaulable to someone just starting out.
