After applying online, I was contacted to set up an in person interview. The process was done through a secretary, so it felt very formal. The interview itself was a one on one and while the questions were typical interview questions, the interviewer was warm and personable. Unfortunately it took several weeks of me contacting them to finally find out that I was not selected. I think if I hadn't reached out to them they would have just never gotten back to me.

Meet with a panel of people 3 times before offer. The last interview was with the executive director. At first I didn't hear back after the last interview...but 5 months later they called me and asked me if I was still looking for work. I did one more interview and they offered me the job
