They asked about why I wanted to work for them, as well as what I had to bring to the team. I told them of my past experience, as well as my drive to help their cause. They explained the responsibilities I would have, asked if they sounded acceptable to me and they were.

Phone call-- questions pertained to experience more than anything; "tell us about your past experience". "do you have any experience with [so and so], etc. Interviewer was very nice and listened to everything I had to say!

Concealed the fact that internship was unpaid until the last minute of the interview. Otherwise fair and applicable questions. The lack of organization within UW was not exposed during the interview process.
Went through one stage of interviews with the Manager of the team and it was very conversational and easygoing. Questions weren’t hard or challenging at all. No behavioral questions—just getting to know you questions
