Entrevista
I had one interview. Then was offered the job. It was very easy to talk the interviewer. I am working there now and I enjoy going into the office. Whenever someone passes your office door they will talk to you and ask how your doing and interested in learning what you are working on.
Phone call-- questions pertained to experience more than anything; "tell us about your past experience". "do you have any experience with [so and so], etc. Interviewer was very nice and listened to everything I had to say!

Tell us a little bit about yourself and your past experiences.
Concealed the fact that internship was unpaid until the last minute of the interview. Otherwise fair and applicable questions. The lack of organization within UW was not exposed during the interview process.
Went through one stage of interviews with the Manager of the team and it was very conversational and easygoing. Questions weren’t hard or challenging at all. No behavioral questions—just getting to know you questions
