Pathetic, just a cheap bunch of boomers who are out of touch and actively not trying to serve their community. They did not hold true to their mission, the job requirements I had looked forward to, lied about the pto, and severely underpaid the entirety of their staff barring their directors who have no business being there.

2 interviews. Both were 1 hour long. Very detailed questions regarding situations and how you dealt with difficult situations. They are looking for positive, friendly people who genuinely care about their communities.
