I had a phone screen, a Zoom interview and then a Zoom panel. All went extremely well. I had the experience and passion, and a history of volunteering with United Way at my previous employer. I really thought I landed the job. They ghosted me completely, not even an email to tell me I didn't get the role.

My first interview was a one on one interview over the phone. Followed by a in person panel interview & an interview with Senior Leadership Team. The entire interview process about 3 weeks.

United Way standard questions. Asked about a variety of work scenarios and decision making processes. Very professional. Commitment to excellence was conveyed. Helps to have a social service background. An MBA would be useful.

Quick to reply to set up interview on Zoom, everyone turned off their cameras during the interview except the interviewee. Very awkward. Very long interview. Said they would call later that week and I never heard from again.
