I applied online and they reviewed my application 3 times within 24 hours. I got the call for an interview and went to the campus and interviewed with the Director of Admissions. She was incredible! Very knowledgeable, great personality and just an overall incredible person. I was there for about 90 minutes. She said she would let me know if they decide to move forward. That evening, I received an email from her setting up a time to speak with their Regional Director. I emailed back that I was available the next day. I had the same incredibly wonderful experience speaking with the Regional Director who said the campus was hiring a new Campus President and she would need to get his approval to hire me but the salary range matched what they were willing to pay. Two hours later, I received a rejection letter from the new Campus President. I never even spoke to the man.

The interview process is good, it does take a while to get through their hiring process but it is worth the wait! You will have to clear a background check before being hired. You will be interviewed by many managers in the department to ensure you are a good fit for the admissions team!
