I had to come pysically to the company, the interview was from early in the morning untill the end of the day. I had to sit with my laptop and try to solve the problem.

First, a short interview with the HR, then a technical interview with two product managers, then a 3 hours exercise and finally an interview with the VP. The process was interesting and quite fast.
