Entrevista
So overall it wasn't a very pleasant experience. I am really disappointed by the lack of information provided by the recruiter, lack of promised feedback and I guess lack of offer in the end or reasoning why after the last interview they decided not to proceed with the process. It makes me wonder what chaos is inside the company if the interview process is so messy.
There are 3 main stages:
- Interview with a recruiter
- Interview with a Sales Manager
- Interview with the Sales Director (the hardest one)
The recruiter interview was all over the place, there was no structure to it, he wasn't very human I could see him typing away and asking automatic questions. The steps of the process were not explained and I did not have a good feeling about this one.
The second part was also full of set questions and it didn't feel natural when the manager kept typing away.
The 3rd part was the toughest, the Sales Director was 10 mins late, he didn't know the script I prepared for the interview, a courier came to deliver him a package halfway through which threw me off a bit and he seemed generally not to be interested. I knew this wasn't gonna happen after the call but was still hoping for some promised feedback. It's been a month and still nothing.

Entrevista
Six thirty-minute interviews over the course of five weeks with the recruiter, hiring manager, senior manager, a counterpart AE, another manager, and finally sr. director. The interviews were more casual/informative - focused on experience and culture fit - and there was no presentation or assignment, which I was grateful for. The position wouldn't have started for another month after the offer, so it would have been a 2.5 month process end-to-end.

I spoke with the internal recruiter, another account executive, and the hiring manager. Everyone was professional, informative, and engaging. They all explained what they were looking for in a new hire, how to be successful in the role, and the biggest challenges.

Entrevista
The entire interview process took about a month and a half, Including an HR phone screening,several rounds of business interviews, and one mock presentation. Both the hiring manager and interviewers were very professional and friendly, and the questions were highly relevant to the role. Overall, the experience of the recruitment process was excellent.
