I was contacted about a position and asked for my availability. After providing it I did not hear back, followed up and was told the position was already filled although the position continues to be reposted. If I was no longer a fit I would have appreciated the transparency. I was then offered to interview for another role, and never contacted again for the second time.
Recruiters are the image of the company and it left a bad impression.

Entrevista
I had a great candidate experience with Unity! The interview process was straight forward and really enjoyed meeting everyone. 1st round was with Senior Recruiter in Toronto, 2nd round was with Senior Recruiter based in the U.K. and my final round was with the hiring manager also in the U.K. Very pleasant experience meeting with everyone where they each took the time to get to know me and also to discuss about my recruitment experience and background. Throughout the entire interview process there were a lot of transparency, interviews were scheduled in a timely manner and lots of communication between the team and myself in regards to next steps.

Entrevista
3 stage interview process, initial video call (30 mins) then telephone call with Adrian then in person meeting with Ben and 2 members of the recruitment team. Very well organised, quick, efficient process. Everyone I met was very friendly and answered all my questions. The process was excellent and I couldn’t fault it.
