Entrevista
The interview was well organized and everything in the process was clear. I had several interviews with various very friendly people, professional approach, open to questions and discussions. There were no difficult tricky questions, the tasks/take-home assignment was quite easy and not stressful with a lot of time to finish it.
Unity recruiter was also very supportive and helpful. One of the best interview process I had.

I few questions about managing community, content, social media, customer support, some questions about my working style.
Class hiring manager knowing nothing about the role and only about the company as a whole. This made role specific questions more difficult to answer as they didn't really understand what the responsibilities would be. Overall fine and very nice.

What are your responsibilities as your current role?
It was very useful and filled with learnings to move forward and understand on what to work and what was missing to pass through. I appreciated the process and felt like it was an important step in my career even without a positive outcome.

Entrevista
I was run through six interviews - which was very excessive - before being told they were hiring a Unity employee. It was a tremendous waste of hours of my life, and had I known they had employees interested, I would have declined moving forward.
The compensation also didn't seem competitive whatsoever, despite the posting stating so. It was a clear 15k/year under the lower end of average.
Won't be pursuing a career with Unity in the future. Very bad overall experience.
