The interview process done in 4 different stages including 1 online technical assignment. First interview was done with the recruiter. You will be asked to talk about your experience and previous projects. Second interview was with the Engineering manager. Mostly QA session with some ad-hoc technical questions. Next step is the online coding assessment. Two hours is given to solve 4 coding questions. You can code in whichever language you feel comfortable with. The last step is the 3HR on-site interview which is split into multiple themes. There is a systems design workshop, then a technical interview with your potential team and QA session.

I applied on-line. Recruiter called me after 2 weeks. Then she ghosted me for 4 weeks. Finally, she set up 2 telephonic technical interviews after repeated emails. After that, i was called for an onsite interview. They flew me the day of the interview and back on the same day. Had 4 hour long interviews with 5 people. Every thing went well, but then the recruiter never called me to give an update. i emailed her 2 times and then finally she called me. She said I did not make it as the team wanted someone with 5-6 years experience and since i had only 3 years, they did not want to continue But, she said i really did well in the interviews and the team has recommended me for any junior position. Well, if they wanted someone senior why did they even call me for an onsite. Weird ! I just wanted an honest feedback on my interview.
