I applied online. They reached out for me to complete a lengthy assignment. Made it to the next round which was a screening call. A couple weeks later they booked me for an interview. The interview was scheduled for 30 mins.

Was asked to complete a take home assignment so demonstrate scientific writing/interpretation and planning skills. Interview over Zoom with 3 people from the research team. Interview questions were fairly standard and straightforward. But the interview process felt awkward, just them asking a question and me answering, followed by silence as they took notes - no follow up Qs or attempt to engage or have a conversation.
