I interviewed for the Security Officer position at St. Luke's Hospital in Cedar Rapids in October 2024. The interview took place in the hospital chapel with Security Supervisor Dean Thompson. He led most of the conversation but never asked about my experience, knowledge, or skills. Instead, he shared the history of the building and concluded the interview by asking if I had any questions. After following up twice, I finally received a job offer in February 2025.
