Initial phone screen with Astellas. Primary phone interview with hiring manager, followed by Zoom call with multiple different managers/scientists. The overall process was quick, though it was a bit tiring doing back to back interviews during the second round.

Pretty straightforward interview process. Got invited for a recruiter screen ~1 week after submitting an application. That screen was very short and was basically just validating my resume. A week and a half later was invited for a 30 min hiring manager interview. This will of course depend on the hiring manager but was mostly asking about my relevant research experience and telling me more about the role. About a week after that I was invited for a final interview, which included a 45 min seminar and 30 min individual/panel interviews. They made an offer within a week and then wanted a response within a few days.

Misrepresentation of basic duties and responsibilities, even highly educated people doing menial tasks. Technology and results are not quite there yet it seemed and a lot of hubris. Be careful if moving from out state since you don't know the local information about the company and they will want you to pay back if you don't stay a year. It seemed like good job security for a small biotech.
