It was a 3- stage process. The interviewers were so engaging. They gave interviewee rooms to express themselves in different wonderful ways. They communicated in time in case you failed at any stage. They never concentrated too much on academics but on skills, experience and right attitude. Their online application site was easier. After job offer, one was taken through a comprehensive induction which ensured that one was conversant with the many places and processes around.
