One initial phone screener then a series of short phone calls with executives. Very chaotic. The job title and responsibilities kept changing thru the interviews and it took weeks to close the loop

Recruiter was easy to speak to and it felt nice and conversational. I felt she really understood my background and genuinely wanted to place people in the right place for them, as well as the company.

Locker, entspannt, leider nicht sehr gut vorbereitet. Hätte alles interessanter ablaufen können. Gespräch hat knapp 30min gedauert. Es wurden nur allgemeine Fragen gestellt und wenn die 3 Frage die berühmte "Wo sehen sie sich in 3 Jahren" fällt, dann weisst du das die Leute hier keine Erfahrung in Einstellungsgespräch Führung haben. Fand ich persönlich enttäuschend. Sonst war es wie gesagt alles sehr entspannt und laid back. Leider war das finanzielle Angebot nicht gut genug und habe abgesagt.
