I was referred by friend, then requested to come in by email, sat with the head manager of the department and 3 of the crew directors, they reviewed portfolio with me, then they reviewed my skills, they asked me about specific competencies that would be required for the job, then asked me why status of hire I was looking for, then they offered me the job on the spot.
