Applied online, got an email the same day to setup a phone interview. Phone interview starts exactly at the time requested. They'll ask about 5 questions, and then go through your availability and questions asked on the application again (like can you be on your feet all day, any allergies, etc), and if accepted they'll offer you a position they have.
